As you know by now there are a number of different hacks, tools and modifications that you can apply to your Surface or Windows RT device, unfortunately there seems to be a lack of a common piece of software that allows you to easily modify all of those settings from one place.
So to fix that issue I have created a simple tool named Windows RT Tools, this can be used on jail broken devices and will allow you to quickly and easily modify a number of different settings without getting mucky with the registry editor or an XML editor. You can download the tool and try it out at the bottom of this post, please do leave comments about bugs or other settings you would like added to the tool and I'll do my best to update the tool.

Simply unzip the zip folder on a jail broken Windows RT device below and then run the app it's as simple as that!
